This gentle vinyasa/hatha inspired class class is ideal for those who are brand new to the vinyasa style of yoga, or for those who just prefer to keep things a little calmer and gentler, but still want to find their flow moving seamlessly from one pose to the next.
All levels are welcome to this back to basics class – beginners will have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the discipline of yoga at a slow and steady pace with plenty of time to move from asana to asana. Meanwhile, more advanced yogis may enjoy slowing down to really fine tune their alignment, deepen their stretches and feel the benefits of moving more patiently.
Optional additional 15 minutes relaxation if you have the time to stay!

A joyful juxtapose of fiery flowing movements and restful relaxation and mindfulness. In this moderate/fast paced vinyasa flow class we’ll improve stamina, strength, balance and flexibility, focusing on technique and alignment, whilst simultaneously restoring a sense of calm and wellbeing.
