A fun yoga inspired class for little ones and their grown ups! Great way to spend time together, laughing, moving and generally having fun. We use stories, silly songs, simple yoga poses and props like parachutes and Beanie Baby animals to keep your child engaged. We finish with some arts and crafts. You don’t have to book for a whole term and it is very different to an adult yoga class so we don’t stay still for long!
