Each exercise is inspired by our primal movement patterns; so get ready to crawl, climb, swing (on bars and Kettlebells too), roll around on the floor, and develop functional multi-planar movement patterns that will enrich your movement and strength and unleash your inner Homo Sapien.
Each session lasts 50 mins with an optional 10 minutes of mobility at the end (if you have the time).
