Class runs 9:15am – 10am
A gentle approach into fitness. Whether that is starting from scratch or from the very beginning. Classes are small groups so you can get that extra personal experience, on hand support and no big not having to walk into a big gym environment.
Classes will be a combination of conditioning, strength, cardio, functional and core training. Each class will have a different plan.

A 60 minute FULL BODY WORKOUT. This class includes CARDIO HIIT, CIRCUIT TRAINING and CORE rounds which will improve your fitness levels and muscle tone within a few weeks! Friendly, community feel and suitable for men and women of all abilities. This Bootcamp is run indoors (with option of being outdoors on sunny days).
A perfect option for straight after the school run! If you live in Hurst, a great local class within walking distance or a 10 min drive from Hassocks, Albourne and Burgess Hill with FREE parking available.

A WHOLE BODY WORKOUT designed for you to achieve ALL OVER BODY FITNESS, IMPROVE MUSCLE TONE AND STRENGTH & BURN THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CALORIES during your session β using a combination of weight training equipment (eg. kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, battle ropes), bodyweight exercises and cardio exercises.
Suitable for men and women.

Each session lasts 50 mins with an optional 10 minutes of mobility at the end (if you have the time).
