A 60 minute FULL BODY WORKOUT. This class includes CARDIO HIIT, CIRCUIT TRAINING and CORE rounds which will improve your fitness levels and muscle tone within a few weeks! Friendly, community feel and suitable for men and women of all abilities. This Bootcamp is run indoors (with option of being outdoors on sunny days).

This gentle vinyasa/hatha inspired class class is ideal for those who are brand new to the vinyasa style of yoga, or for those who just prefer to keep things a little calmer and gentler, but still want to find their flow moving seamlessly from one pose to the next.
All levels are welcome to this back to basics class – beginners will have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the discipline of yoga at a slow and steady pace with plenty of time to move from asana to asana. Meanwhile, more advanced yogis may enjoy slowing down to really fine tune their alignment, deepen their stretches and feel the benefits of moving more patiently.
Optional additional 15 minutes relaxation if you have the time to stay!
