A 45 minute class that will hit all your fitness areas – with Cardiovascular & Muscular Strength Endurance Circuit Training rounds followed by a round dedicated to your core(Abs and more!).
This class is designed for ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS as you can work at your own pace. I provide adaptations for all exercises from beginner to more advanced to ensure you get the most out of your session.
Perfect for parents after a pre-school or school drop off!
