A 60 minute FULL BODY WORKOUT. This class includes CARDIO HIIT, CIRCUIT TRAINING and CORE rounds which will improve your fitness levels and muscle tone within a few weeks! Friendly, community feel and suitable for men and women of all abilities. This Bootcamp is run indoors (with option of being outdoors on sunny days).

A perfect option for straight after the school run! If you live in Hurst, a great local class within walking distance or a 10 min drive from Hassocks, Albourne and Burgess Hill with FREE parking available.

CIRCUIT TRAINING FITNESS SESSIONS – 45 MINUTES

A WHOLE BODY WORKOUT designed for you to achieve ALL OVER BODY FITNESS, IMPROVE MUSCLE TONE AND STRENGTH & BURN THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CALORIES during your session – using a combination of weight training equipment (eg. kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, battle ropes), bodyweight exercises and cardio exercises.
Suitable for men and women.
ALL ABILITIES WELCOME.
