Music and Wine Evening – Christmas with The Sussex Waits

The next concert in this series will feature The Sussex Waits. This local early music group will perform their repertoire on shawms, sackbut, curtal, crumhorns and recorders. If you don’t recognise these instruments now is your chance to come along and find out about them! The programme will consist of music about birds and by Byrd (William Byrd, who died exactly 400 years ago), together with quite a few pieces with a distinctly seasonal flavour.
