Our signature Mat class creates a long, lean and fit physique; improving posture and toning your entire body. Utilising small Pilates props, this class is mixed ability and builds on the foundations so you can progress and challenge yourself safely. You will improve BALANCE, ALIGNMENT and increase MOBILITY. Expect to STRENGTHEN and STRETCH from head to toe.
