A 60 minute FULL BODY WORKOUT. This class includes CARDIO HIIT, CIRCUIT TRAINING and CORE rounds which will improve your fitness levels and muscle tone within a few weeks! Friendly, community feel and suitable for men and women of all abilities.
A perfect option for straight after the school run! If you live in Hurst, a great local class within walking distance or a 10 min drive from Hassocks, Albourne, Sayers Common and Burgess Hill with FREE parking available.
