GET FIT FRIDAY BOOTCAMP

A 60 minute full body workout. It includes Cardio HIIT, Circuit Training and Core Conditioning rounds which will improve your fitness levels and muscle tone within a few weeks! Friendly, community feel and suitable for all abilities. A perfect local fitness option straight after the school run or if you have a Friday off work. Get in a great workout before the weekend! This Bootcamp is run indoors at the Hurstpierpoint Scout Hall.
