A WHOLE BODY WORKOUT designed for you to achieve ALL OVER BODY FITNESS, IMPROVE MUSCLE TONE AND STRENGTH & BURN THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CALORIES during your workout – using a combination of weight training equipment (eg. kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, battle ropes), bodyweight exercises and cardio exercises.
Suitable for men and women.
